In addition we provide technical documentation, we work with you to select and/or design the best product to fit your current or future technical requirements. We also provide local representation including on going technical support, delivery planning, local warehouse and delivery at your door services.

We set high standards in the development of our products, our high solid release agents are free of organic solvents and CFCs. Environmentally friendly with a low usage level whilst giving a perfect release.

Customer Service & Support.
Kem-Design offer a large variety of support services for our clients:
First line of support trough our Sample and Test Units local agents assistance, including free samples, assistance with choosing and/or developing the right product, assistance with production testing, delivery planning and follow-up, storing facilities and on going technical support.

Contracts, setting and assigning local technical support(STU)and assistance throughout our headquarter and production and shipment facilities from Leon, Mexico.

Including documentation as product description, MSDS, shipment status, orders, prices etc.
